Shipping:

All packages are shipped, according to customer requests. Our default shipping protocol is UPS ground for domestic packages, and UPS express for international shipments.

Warranty returns:

CTS warrants all products to be free from defects in material and workmanship. We will replace without cost any materials with such defects. We must authorize returns of any item except lamps within 60 days of original shipment. Lamp returns may be made up to the guaranteed lifetime of the lamp or up to one year after purchase, whichever comes first. All returns must have the return authorization number assigned to them before being sent to CTS. Please call CTS at 800-682-6480 for a RA number.

Shipment of returned warranty parts to CTS is the responsibility of the customer; shipment of replacement parts to the customer’s place of is the responsibility of CTS.

Restocking charges:
